3 Random Tips For Losing Weight and Stubborn Belly Fat

Everyone who is looking for a quick fix when it comes to losing belly fat and weight is in for a rude awakening.  Do not listen to what you see on T.V. when they say "lose 20 lbs in 4 days".  That information is all bogus and will get you nowhere.  So realize that you need the right knowledge and time to see results.  Anyways here are 3 random tips for losing weight that you can incorporate starting today.

1.) Drink Green Tea

Green tea has been known to help people stay lean and more importantly lose belly fat fairly easily.  A cup or two of green tea a day will help you stay toned as some studies suggest that it actually promotes weight loss.  Green tea is also much better for you than coffee and has different health benefits as well.

2.) Do NOT Eat Before Bed  

This is a rule that I'm surprised so many people break.  It is not too difficult.  If you eat right before you go to bed you will add to your stubborn belly fat.  The idea is to eat about an hour or two before you sleep and not right before you go to bed.  If you're hungry and you cannot wait until the morning to eat, just make sure it is a healthy snack that you choose.

3.) Have Patience

When you rush the process of losing belly fat and getting rid of excess body fat, you make yourself anxious.  Do not put that extra stress on your mind and your body...It is important that you stay patient in your journey to losing weight and getting six pack abs.  Take it one day at a time for the best results!
