So my last post was about "how to lose belly fat fast" which I received many emails about from people saying they have had it wrong this whole entire time. That inspired me to point it out one more time so people really understand that losing belly fat is not a race. If your goal is to lose belly fat fast, then you are in for a rude awakening. Don't get me wrong because there IS quicker ways to lose belly fat than others but you have to find what's right for you. Once you realize that this will take some time, you immediately have realistic expectations which puts you at an advantage.
It is possible to lose belly fat and see significant results in a month but when you see an "Ad" that says "how to lose 20 lbs of belly fat in 7 days" you have to call "bogus" on that one. I teach how to tone up and get six pack abs from first-hand experience, trials and errors that worked for me and many other people. The people who see results in their stomach area in a week are doing it in a very unhealthy way. One thing I would like you to take away from this blog would be to stay patient. But that also means to stay motivated and persistent and you will be thrilled by your results and that you did them in the most healthy way possible.
