Green Is Good!

Hello again,


Here is something to keep in mind…


Any vegetable that is green will help you lose belly fat…plain and simple!


There are so many benefits to eating green vegetables it's ridiculous…Not only do they help you stay lean and get rid of belly fat, they are excellent of the hair, skin and nails…eating healthy really gives you a glow!


The best vegetables for losing belly fat, having healthy hair/skin and staying lean are: 


-Spinach 

-Kale 

-Broccoli


Try to incorporate these into your diet throughout the week….If you can eat one a these veggies a night, as a side dish, 
that would be excellent…If you don't like the taste of these….Get used to it…this is one of the best and most natural ways to lose belly fat and keep it off for good!


If not try to eat as much green as possible during the week!
