Instead of going for that bag of potato chips or those triple chocolate chunk cookies, why don't you reach for a snack that tastes good but will actually help you burn fat as well! Here are some of my favorite healthy snacks that help me burn fat and stay lean:
1.) Apple and peanut butter
2.) Canned tuna on whole-wheat crackers
3.) Warm pear with cinnamon
4.) Salad with grilled chicken breast
5.) Hard boiled egg (yumm!)
6.) Green tea
