Instead of going for that bag of
potato chips or those triple chocolate chunk cookies, why don't you reach for a
snack that tastes good but will actually help you burn fat as well! Here are some of my favorite healthy
snacks that help me burn fat and stay lean:
1.)
Apple and peanut butter
2.) Canned tuna on whole-wheat crackers
3.)
Warm pear with cinnamon
4.)
Salad with grilled chicken breast
5.) Hard boiled egg (yumm!)
6.)
Green tea
These are some great snacks that will
keep you lean and give you much needed energy throughout the day. In my next
