Why Fruit Juices Are Bad For Losing Belly Fat

People think just because they are drinking "fruit juice" that they are being healthy instead of drinking soda or iced tea.  But the truth is that most fruit juices are just as bad as soda and/or iced teas.  Why is this?  The reason is that these "juices" are loaded with sugars and carbohydrates that go right to your stomach area.  In fact drinking fruit juices is one of the worst things you can do if you're trying to lose belly fat.  Drink WATER...I cannot stress that enough, but too many people underestimate the power of water when it comes to losing belly fat.

There are some fruit juices that you can drink but just make sure that they contain very little sugar and carbohydrates or else you will struggle to get rid of belly fat.  Once you get used to drinking water you won't go back and especially when you start seeing results in your stomach area and love handles.  Many people have seen results just by cutting out bad drinks alone.  It comes down to having the right discipline and strength over temptations.  Losing belly fat is easy once you are really committed to it...Make this process as easy as possible on you and cut out all temptations...Eat like a caveman would for a little while and you'll see great results!
