How To Lose Belly Fat By Exercising


Okay so now that we have gotten our diet down, it is time to focus on our exercise routine.  Unfortunately, people are doing the wrong exercises and wonder how to lose belly fat the right way.  I am going to give you 8 killer exercises that you can start doing today to tone up that belly and finally start seeing some abs.  Here is a list of my top recommend exercises for losing belly fat in no particular order with videos attached to a few of them:

Mountain climbers:  These are by far one of the best ways to lose belly fat.  How to lose belly fat with mountain climbers: Get in a push-up like position and hold that plank, bring one knee at a time up to the chest, while that knee is coming down raise you opposite knee to you chest (alternating legs), keep the core tight and do 30-60 second sets.  Trust me you will feel the burn!

                                     

Jump Rope:  How to lose belly fat with jump roping: This is pretty self explanatory but also an incredible workout for getting rid of belly fat.  If you get bored with the regular jump rope techniques try doing wide jumps, back and forth and up and down.

High Knees: How to lose belly fat with high knees: This is a great workout in order to get rid of love handles while setting you up for six-pack success.  This is almost like you are sprinting in place…while being stationary bring one knee up to the stomach/chest level, when that leg goes down bring the other one up….Keep alternating legs at a fast running pace.  



Leg Lifts:  How to lose stomach fat with leg lifts: These are like crunches on steroids except they work in getting rid of belly fat, unlike regular crunches.  Get in a crunch like position but instead of raising the back raise the legs 24 inches off the ground and bring them back down (that’s 1) Do anywhere from 20 to 50 of these depending on your level. 


Planks:  How to lose stomach fat with planks: This is one of the best ways to lose belly fat but also outline your six-pack.  Get into a push-up position but make sure your elbows are resting parallel on the ground.  Keep your back straight and hold that plank for 30-60 seconds to start.  You can work your way up when you feel your are ready.   

Flutter kicks:  How to lose belly fat with flutter kicks: This is a killer way to lose belly fat and work your lower abs.  Lay flat on your back while raining your legs 6-10 inches off the ground.  Flutter you legs up and down for 30-6- seconds…These will absolutely burn but will be great for that six-pack

Push-ups:  How to lose stomach fat with push-ups: Push-ups seem like a boring workout but are one of the best ways to get lean and ripped.  If you can’t do regular pushups start by doing knee push-ups.  Either way will help you lose belly fat. 




Sprints: How to lose belly fat with sprints: Last but certainly not least, depending if you joints are healthy enough one of the best ways to get rid of belly fat is by doing sprints.  Start where you feel comfortable but eventually try to work your way up to 100 yard sprints.  When you look at Olympic sprinters they are always ripped, it is because this exercise works!

Here is one important tips for losing belly fat and toning up.  Stay away from wheat and white bread.  You need to trust me on this one.  These breads can actually increase the fat storage in your body.  Basically meaning that if you eat too much white or wheat bread you will become bloated overtime and mainly in the stomach area.  Really the only breads that are okay to eat in terms of staying slim are whole grain breads.  And remember that wheat and white bread will only prolong your ling-term fat loss goals.

How To Lose Weight Naturally- Without Diet Pills!

The rare times I watch T.V. I always see advertisements for the newest, latest, greatest diet pill...And every single time I cringe in my seat!  These commercials "claim" that this is the easiest and best way to lose weight in 2014 and the years to come.  I couldn't disagree more with their ridiculous claims because diet pills are absolutely not the healthier way to lose weight, belly fat and get ripped.  The best way to lose belly fat and get six pack abs is by eating REAL natural food!  Too many people are looking for shortcuts and go with these diet pills thinking that they will see these incredible results...Most are very disappointed by taking diet pills and for good reason.

Way back when there were cavemen that used to live on this earth before civilization really expanded.  And guess what NONE of them were over weight and had belly fat...Why is that?  Because they ate foods that only came from "Mother Earth" since that's all there was.  Eat the right foods like vegetables, chicken breast, fish and drink water and you will not be overweight.  It is the processed foods that are really hurting us as human beings.  Now there are companies that are making diet pills for weight loss...Give me a break!  Eat natural, drink water and get enough exercise and you will be in great shape!

Weight Loss Tip- Having A Vision

Alright,

So by this point you should have a clear idea as to why you want to lose belly fat and change your physical appearance...Your reasons might be to live an overall healthier life, to get that "beach body" you've always wanted, to impress the person you have a crush on, to show your family a new and improved you, or to prove to yourself that you can tone up and look great...  

Whatever the reason is write it down on a piece of paper where you can see it every day.

This way every day that you see this, it will give you an extra "push" to accomplish your fitness goals.''

I know from personal experience when I write everything down that I want to accomplish, it makes my vision much more clear and attainable than if I let it just sit in my head...

How To Lose Belly Fat Fast?

So my last post was about "how to lose belly fat fast" which I received many emails about from people saying they have had it wrong this whole entire time.  That inspired me to point it out one more time so people really understand that losing belly fat is not a race.  If your goal is to lose belly fat fast, then you are in for a rude awakening.  Don't get me wrong because there IS quicker ways to lose belly fat than others but you have to find what's right for you.  Once you realize that this will take some time, you immediately have realistic expectations which puts you at an advantage.

It is possible to lose belly fat and see significant results in a month but when you see an "Ad" that says "how to lose 20 lbs of belly fat in 7 days" you have to call "bogus" on that one.  I teach how to tone up and get six pack abs from first-hand experience, trials and errors that worked for me and many other people.  The people who see results in their stomach area in a week are doing it in a very unhealthy way.  One thing I would like you to take away from this blog would be to stay patient.  But that also means to stay motivated and persistent and you will be thrilled by your results and that you did them in the most healthy way possible.

Okay so the fastest way to lose belly fat is....Drum roll please....by being patient!   I know that is not the answer you wanted to hear...but I promise you that if you remain patient and persistent, you will see better results.  There are no quick fixes when it comes to losing belly fat and getting six pack abs.  You have to be willing to put in the time, research and effort to changing your body.  Which does not happen overnight.  Of course there are quicker and easier ways to lose belly fat than others and those are the strategies you want to use.  I will give you one tip right now that will help you achieve a six pack faster than normal.  Drink water and lots of it.  Completely cut out all of the soda, alcohol, juices and iced teas from your diet.

Why Can't I Lose Weight?

I get asked this question a lot..."Why can't I lose weight"..."How come you're so lean". The issue here is that everyone has a different path when it comes to losing wight and/or belly fat.  I can't tell you exactly why you aren't losing weight, because I am not with you 24/7.  But I can give you tips and advice on where you should be going with your weight loss journey.  You see many of these people that say they can't lose weight are generally doing something wrong or are cheating in an area where they should't be cheating.  In order to lose belly fat, tone up and get six pack abs you MUST be taking the right steps to achieve this.

One of the easiest ways to lose weight is to STOP drinking alcohol, juices, iced tea, soda and substitute these drinks with WATER and only water (with the exception of green tea-check this out).  I won't go into the detail about losing belly fat and getting six pack abs because you can find all of that by going here right now.  Losing belly fat and losing weight is 80% exercise and 20% diet.  The majority of people believe that it's all about exercising when that couldn't be further from the truth.  Eat the right foods in order to lose weight to start....Once you have a solid diet you can then begin incorporating various exercises to tone up and lose weight!  The results are in the knowledge you gain throughout your journey...Stay persistent!

3 Random Tips For Losing Weight and Stubborn Belly Fat

Everyone who is looking for a quick fix when it comes to losing belly fat and weight is in for a rude awakening.  Do not listen to what you see on T.V. when they say "lose 20 lbs in 4 days".  That information is all bogus and will get you nowhere.  So realize that you need the right knowledge and time to see results.  Anyways here are 3 random tips for losing weight that you can incorporate starting today.

1.) Drink Green Tea

Green tea has been known to help people stay lean and more importantly lose belly fat fairly easily.  A cup or two of green tea a day will help you stay toned as some studies suggest that it actually promotes weight loss.  Green tea is also much better for you than coffee and has different health benefits as well.

2.) Do NOT Eat Before Bed  

This is a rule that I'm surprised so many people break.  It is not too difficult.  If you eat right before you go to bed you will add to your stubborn belly fat.  The idea is to eat about an hour or two before you sleep and not right before you go to bed.  If you're hungry and you cannot wait until the morning to eat, just make sure it is a healthy snack that you choose.

3.) Have Patience

When you rush the process of losing belly fat and getting rid of excess body fat, you make yourself anxious.  Do not put that extra stress on your mind and your body...It is important that you stay patient in your journey to losing weight and getting six pack abs.  Take it one day at a time for the best results!

Getting Back Up!

You will continually feel like you are getting knocked down in life, and the truth is...That's normal!  But the people who are successful are the ones who get back up, learn from past experiences and come back stronger the next time.  When it comes to losing belly fat, setbacks are going to be normal. The same goes for finances, relationships....you name it, setbacks will be present.  You have to learn to direct your energy into being better rather than letting a setback completely get you down.  On your journey to losing belly fat, getting six pack abs and living a healthier life you WILL encounter roadblocks and hurdles that you will have to fight through...Look at this as making you a wiser and more intelligent person in the future.  Every experience you have is a chance to learn and grow, no matter how painful it may seem at the time.

This took me a while to learn but as soon as you use the power of persistence and determination, NOTHING will stop you from reaching your goals.  You have 2 options when an obstacle arises, stand behind it and let it bring you down, or jump over it and use it as a learning experience.  Life isn't easy for anyone, but the more you get used to moving forward, the more you life will open up for you...Keep working on your fitness and weight loss goals, but also make sure to work on your mental power as that will take you the furthest!

I want to make this clear that losing belly fat for both men and women is the same.  And it all comes down to mainly one thing and that is your diet.  Many people search the the web with phrases like "best way to lose belly fat for men" or "how to lose belly fat for women" which is kind of ridiculous because if you eat a clean diet even your dog will lose belly fat.  What I am trying to say that is if you follow a good diet plan and stick with what works ANYONE can lose belly fat no matter what shape, size or weight you are.

Both men and women should focus on eating the right diet before they even think about exercising.  Losing belly fat does not come down to doing the right exercises and forgetting about your diet...It comes down to eating the right diet and then adding in good exercises for six-pack abs.  Both men and women, my advice to you would be to stick to a proven plan that works like the one right here for losing belly fat for the best results.  Do not make this process more complicated than it is and you will be surprised at how much you can accomplish!

Losing Belly Fat and Supplementation?

Sometimes supplements can be helpful in losing belly fat and toning up.  Make sure you check with your doctor before you add any supplements into your diet.  Supplements that seem to help me maintain a good physique, that I take on a daily basis are Fish Oil, Vitamin D and Magnesium.  Not only do these supplements help me physically but they really enhance my mood and energy levels.  I feel very fatigued and tired when I do not take my supplements.  It is important that you go to your doctor to see if you are deficient in any vitamins and minerals.  Everyone is different so finding the right supplementation is up to you and your doctor.  I have definitely noticed that I had an easier time losing belly fat when I was taking these supplements compared to when I wasn't taking them.  Certain supplements can really help you enhance the overall quality of your life so make sure to talk to your doctor to see what can help you.

Why Fruit Juices Are Bad For Losing Belly Fat

People think just because they are drinking "fruit juice" that they are being healthy instead of drinking soda or iced tea.  But the truth is that most fruit juices are just as bad as soda and/or iced teas.  Why is this?  The reason is that these "juices" are loaded with sugars and carbohydrates that go right to your stomach area.  In fact drinking fruit juices is one of the worst things you can do if you're trying to lose belly fat.  Drink WATER...I cannot stress that enough, but too many people underestimate the power of water when it comes to losing belly fat.

There are some fruit juices that you can drink but just make sure that they contain very little sugar and carbohydrates or else you will struggle to get rid of belly fat.  Once you get used to drinking water you won't go back and especially when you start seeing results in your stomach area and love handles.  Many people have seen results just by cutting out bad drinks alone.  It comes down to having the right discipline and strength over temptations.  Losing belly fat is easy once you are really committed to it...Make this process as easy as possible on you and cut out all temptations...Eat like a caveman would for a little while and you'll see great results!

Smoothies and Shakes For Getting Rid Of Belly Fat?

Here is an awesome smoothie recipe that will really help you slim down and lose belly fat.  Focus on having a smoothie  3-4 times a week as a breakfast shake (if possible).  If not, having a smoothie once a week will still help you get rid of belly fat and fast.  Not only does this taste great but it will really help you tone up!

You will need a blender for this smoothie recipe...here it is: 

- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter


Be creative with this and feel free to add whatever ingredients you want (as long as they are healthy).  Spinach carrots and/or kale are also great vegetables you can add to your smoothies for extra nutrition.  This is such a great substitute for say a bagel and cream cheese, which will only add to your stubborn belly fat and love handles.  Once you get used to drinking these smoothies you will start to look forward to having them every morning and especially when you start seeing some abs.  The thing about losing belly fat is that the more toned you get the more motivated you get to keep pushing but more importantly help others!
